The decking and 2 x 8 pergola boards were in place before I started. The owner, a friend, asked me if I had any thoughts on how to install the bamboo screening she had bought. I had many thoughts. Thus started a very pleasant working arrangement. We negotiated my design ideas and hers and obviously went way past just covering the old white siding. The walkway leads to the door to the Tao Sangha Healing Madison Center. The altar takes the place of an old milk delivery door. The whole project was great fun but especially translating the customers desire for the altar into reality. The copper “shingles” and drip edge and decorative front panel were most fun.
